Cook Wings

Chicken wings can be prepared quickly and easily.

Chicken wings are a quick favorite that range from sweet to spicy, and are often a hit at parties, barbecues, and sporting events. You can eat them with many types of dipping sauce, or just on their own. Add this to my Recipe Box.

Instructions

1. Thaw the chicken wings with a microwave if they are still frozen. Your microwave should have a thaw recommendation based on the weight of the wings you are thawing. Turn them every two minutes or so during the thaw cycle to make sure the wings thaw evenly.

2. Heat your oven to 400 degrees.

3. Place your thawed wings in an tin foil-covered oven pan and baste them with any sauces or spices that you want to use. Buffalo sauce is very popular and many people enjoy ranch or barbecue as well.

4. Set your pan with the wings into the oven and let them cook for 15 minutes.

5. Pull the pan out and turn the wings over. Re-baste them and place the pan back into the oven for another 15 minutes.

6. Pull the pan out and check several wings to make sure they are cooked all the way through with no pink meat. Cook them more as needed until the chicken is fully cooked. Add more sauce or spices as desired. Serve and eat.
