Make Quick And Easy Vegetable Casserole

In just a few minutes, you can pull together a vegetable casserole for a family gathering or potluck. Choose your favorite vegetables or toss in whatever you have in the cabinet. This unassuming dish is a classic comfort food. If you're out of crackers, you can substitute french-fried onions to give the dish a little crunch. Add this to my Recipe Box.

Instructions


1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Combine the vegetables, soups, sour cream, mayonnaise, sauces, cheese and pepper. Layer it all in the bottom of a casserole dish.


2. Crumble the crackers over the top of the vegetable casserole mixture, and then pour the melted butter over the crackers.


3. Bake the vegetable casserole about 30 minutes.
