Get Rid Of Zits Without Medication

Hormonal changes are one of the main causes of acne in adolescents.

Your skin is constantly excreting toxins and waste though your pores. Sometimes those pores get clogged, causing blackheads, zits and other acne problems. Washing your face before going to bed can help you to reduce the chances of developing zits and acne. Clearing these blemishes from your face requires a change in your diet as well as a daily facial cleansing. Keep deodorant bars and other products that may dry your skin away from your face.

Instructions

1. Drink 64 to 80 ounces of water per day. Add lemon juice to each glass of water to give it flavor and help cleanse your body of its impurities.

2. Gently wash your face with cool water and a wash cloth. Do not use hot water -- hot water will dry your skin. Slice a lemon into quarters and rub one of the lemon quarters onto your face, squeezing the fruit gently. Be sure to rub the zit thoroughly.

3. Rub two drops of Vitamin E onto your face to help your skin heal and prevent it from drying out. Rub a small amount of aloe vera gel onto the zit. Repeat these steps daily to rid your face of acne.
