Learn the art of making specialty desserts at a Texas culinary school.
Most of the major cities in Texas, such as Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and Houston, are host to at least one culinary school. These schools train chefs in many areas of food preparation, including knife skills, flavoring and specific cooking techniques. Some schools also offer additional programs in pastry and baking arts that focus on techniques specific to the creation of desserts.
