Make Baked Tilapia

Fillets cooking.

Making fresh fish your main course for dinner tonight is easier than you might think. Baked tilapia is healthy, filling and economical. It's also a great way to shake up your weekly dinner menu that almost surely includes chicken breasts. Baking tilapia requires little preparation and cooks in a short period of time. The crushed red pepper and minced garlic in this recipe combine to give you a beautifully flavored main course for your dinner. Add this to my Recipe Box.
