As the green movement has grown, so has the growth of products claiming to be natural and organic. However, natural products are not necessarily organic. Organic products must contain only organic ingredients, a claim that some manufacturers make, whether its true or not. Buying USDA organic-certified personal products, such as soaps, sunscreens, perfumes and cosmetics, is the best way to avoid being a victim of unscrupulous manufacturers. Does this Spark an idea?
Soaps, Bath Gels and Shampoos
Organic-certified soaps are guaranteed to have only organic ingredients. When choosing an organic soap, batch gel or shampoo, look for the USDA label.
