Add this to my Recipe Box.

Instructions

1. Wash and remove peels from fruits that have inedible peels, such as pineapples and bananas.

2. Cut up the fruits and remove large seeds that can be found in fruits such as oranges and apples. Smaller seeds from fruit such as strawberries can be removed after blending by using a strainer.

3. Add the cut up fruits to the blender. You may choose to add water. Most fresh fruits, especially pineapples and oranges, contain enough juice that you don't need water.

4. Strain the blended juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds and fruit pulp. Using a spoon; mash the pulp to squeeze the remaining juice through the strainer.

5. Add artificial sweetener as desired to sweeten the taste of the juice. If the fruit juice is a little bitter, adding a little artificial sweetener will give the fruit juice a sweeter taste without adding calories.
