Make Peanut Butter Meltaways

You can use milk-chocolate and white-chocolate chips instead of melting wafers.

Peanut butter meltaways are perfect for bake sales and parties, or you can package them up and give them as gifts to teachers, neighbors or anyone you know who loves chocolate and peanut butter. Best of all, they're very easy to make - no baking, no huge time commitment and no special equipment required. Add this to my Recipe Box.

Instructions

1. Pour the chocolate wafers, white-chocolate wafers and the whole jar of peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl.

2. Microwave the bowl on high in two-minute intervals until all ingredients are melted. Stir well with a wooden spoon until completely combined.

3. Pour the melted chocolate-peanut butter mixture into the zip-top bag. Zip the bag closed and cut one corner off with scissors.

4. Place the mini paper baking cups on a cookie sheet. Squeeze chocolate mixture into each cup, filling each about 3/4 full. Place the tray in the refrigerator until the candies sets.
